Paperwork Check List

I got this from Brian up at North Coast. It is a bit more detailed than the list I first sent out and has an Office Use section that will help John and myself a lot. Please comment on what you think and any improvments you may think we could add/change while not trying to make it to complicated. The form as is covers all we need. I use a C4 or B4 brown envelope and glue this sheet to the front of it. Like I said before you can keep it at your club or give it to me or Kerry and we can put it in the branch stroage cabinets.

I have included the form I did for Coffs and the branch, you can add your own logo, or just contact me and I can make one up for your club.

Dear all,

One of the improvement suggestions that was raised during the recent club reviews was the request for one PDF download of all major course training forms. This is now available on the SLSNSW website on the Training & Education / Member Training / Trainer & Assessor Resources page under Collated Member Training Form ( http://www.surflifesaving.com.au/www/463/1001127/displayarticle/1005472.html ).

This PDF download has the Training Enrolment Form, Participant Exit Questionnaire, Training Course Reports etc included into one document so that it is easy to download the up-to-date version and then print and photocopy the required pages.

Please let me know if you have any problems regarding this.
