Lost Awards?

I have a few awards that I have not received certificates or medallions for... I emailed Lisa Jones and she suggested that the awards were sent after I completed the courses, but I have never received them... They are not at my club so I was woundering who I need to ask to look for them...

The awards that I havent received are:
Defibulation Certificate awarded on the 28/11/2006
Gold Mediallion awarded on the 25/11/2008
IRB Crew awarded on the 03/09/2006
Silver Medallion Advanced Emergency Care awarded on the 25/11/2008
Silver Medallion Basic Beach Management awarded on the 25/11/2008
Spinal Management awarded on the 25/11/2008

Bree check with your club secretary as they may have them filed. And try Kerry Clancy as she may know where they might have ended up branch wise. Failing that when Judy gets back from holidays (2 weeks) I will see if she can get them reissued.

The awards can be reissued, but will incur a cost. $14 each (Defib, IRB Crew and Spinal) for certificate only awards and $18.50 each for Silver Medallions with certificate, and $19.50 for Gold Medallion. Contact Lisa if you wish to have them reissued.
Hopefully, they can be found.
